any one can enlighten me on this?
You can cancel your accounts at any time and they won't be deleted and when you reactivate, they will be in the exact same state that they are in when you cancel them. Does this answer your question? .

Yes it is, thank you very much. Think its time to take a break from EVE and try other products out there, and if this game gets fixed at some point in time I'll return to it full time. For now I feel that I invest money in to a sinking boat, and the money I pay doesn't entertain me as it used to. Sitting extra long time on extended down times, server moving, session changing in heavy fighting nodes and new features that have bugs in them, just doesn't provides the fun for the buck.
Not to dispute your feelings but if you want to put things in perspective, go play a few of the other MMOG's on offer out there and see how they stack up to EvE. Who knows, you might find that a 'themepark' MMOG is more to your taste than a sandbox, or you might realise that, warts and all, this is still the biggest, most challenging, most "complete" virtual world out there.
either way, good luck. .
